Over eighty percent of the employees are women. These women are engaged at all spheres of the company ranging from management, sales, security and production. These women folk help in contributing to the economic empowerment of their households resulting in a more enriched society.
Some Self Help Groups formed by women have also been engaged in selling and distributing our products in the remotest villages and towns.
It is a matter of great honour for our company that these women folk are making a revenue generating model built around our products and we look forward to assist more women entrepreneurs like them in the future.
